Is hotel booking automatic for outstation members?

No. Members located outside Mumbai must submit a confirmed travel ticket before hotel booking is processed.

How many people can a member nominate for the event?
  • Each member can nominate only one person.
  • Additional guests will incur guest charges.
Is airport pickup and drop available?
  • Yes, but only for those who have booked or been allotted a room.
  • Pickup and drop will be arranged only from the airport.

How are rooms allotted?

Rooms are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited availability.

What are the room occupancy rules?
  • World Silver Council & Youth Wing Member: Double occupancy only
  • International delegates: Single occupancy only
Can I cancel or transfer my booking?
  • No. Once booked, cancellations or name transfers are not allowed.
  • Refunds will not be granted after booking.
What does the asterisk (*) next to refundable deposit mean?
  • The deposit is refundable only if the member attends the entire conference.
  • Refunds will be processed by 30th May 2027.
Are the rates per person or per room?

All rates mentioned are on a per person basis.
